How does this work?
During the consultaion, we will ask a series of questions to help us better understand your likes and dislikes so that our designs are tailored to your wishes.
What do you need from me to get started?
Contract must be signed by the decision maker/responsible party. Knowledge of color schemes, time frame, budget are helpful but not mandatory to get started.
We want something unique and outstanding. Is that something you can handle?
At Our Sacred Moment, we aim to please. We take great pride in our clients satisfaction. Whether your desire is for simple elegance, traditional or extravagance, we've got you covered.
What about revisions?
You are allowed unlimited revisions to an existing design until marked final or ready for print. You are allowed two (2) complete design changes before final. We will work very closely with you to review all the details to get it to your satisfaction.

What does this mean?
We are haere to serve. Our goal is to hlep make this times as stress free as possible. After our initial consultation and assessment has been completed, you will be provided with a detailed, step by step worksheet. The decision will then be yours on how involved you would like us to be.
A detailed worksheet is included with every package.
Do I have to choose a package?
No. You may choose any package or have us provide individual services a la carte.
What other organisations do you work with?
We work with several professionals within the industry including, funeral homes, crematories, groomers and makeup artists, florists, as well as other creative professionals. Additionally, we offer guidance and communication assistance when dealing with insurance companies and The Veterans Administration.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind and wish to upgrade your service, GREAT!, we are happy to be of service.
If you change your mind and wish to downgrade or cancel your service, there is a 15% fee if you cancel within 24hrs of signing your contract 25% fee once in the design phase. There are no refunds once a project has gotten to the finals/ready to print phase.
Is there a limit on how many people I can have viewing my live stream?
No, viewers are unlimited.
Will we need to download software in order to view the stream?
No, you will be given a direct, private link in which to view the stream. You will be free to share that link with as many viewers as you like.
Can we have a recording of the live stream?
Yes, please request a copy at the time of scheduling.
Can we have additional content added to our live stream?
Yes, please discuss this option with your consultant.
